2026 FIVB Men's Volleyball Club World Championship: Debut for Indonesia, Perugia defend title

The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced the eight teams participating in the 2026 Men's Volleyball Club World Championship, to be held in Poland. This marks the debut of an Indonesian men's club – Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi – after winning the Asian championship. Turkish side Ziraat Bank Ankara also makes its first appearance. Reigning champions Sir Susa Vim Perugia (Italy) will defend their title with a star-studded roster featuring Oleh Plotnytskyi and Simone Giannelli. Their strongest rival is Sada Cruzeiro from Brazil, a five-time world champion that has long dominated the tournament. Other teams include Vôlei Renata (Brazil), Al Ahly (Egypt), and Foolad Sirjan (Iran), promising a highly competitive field.
