Ethnographical exposition of the National museum can be found in the Summer palace of Kinský, built by architect J. Koch at the beginning of the 19th century in the middle of a large garden, and representing one of the most beautiful Czech Empire buildings. It has been used for museum purposes since 1901. Today, it is also possible to see the exposition focused on folk culture of the Czech Republic.
