The building of the former customhouse is the last preserved house of the Podskalí settlement that was destroyed during regulation of Vltava river at the end of the 19th century. It used to be home of Vltava sailors, fishermen, rafters and other persons for whom Vltava was the source of living. In the exposition, you will find everything that concerns the destroyed Podskalí, five-hundred-year history of rafter profession related to Vltava, as well as Vltava steam navigation.
